Pirouette is the reinterpretation of the traditional Mexican Molinillo (Chocolate Stirrer) taking as inspiration for its esthetics qualities Editt Davidovici's work. The goal was to help bring back the tradition of making hot chocolate with this artisanal technique.

*Molinillo: It’s a Mexican artisanal tool, used to make hot chocolate, and other traditional hot beverages. It is held between the palms and then rotated by rubbing them together. This creates a “foam” and helps combine the chocolate and milk.
